Since 2003, Multicultural Arts for Schools and Communities (MASC) has worked in partnership with ArtsSmarts to deliver ArtsSmarts projects in Ottawa.

Serving nearly 140,000 regional school children, MASC provides workshops, performances and residencies in both official languages, created and delivered by artists from a diversity of disciplines and cultural heritages. Programs take place in Eastern Ontario and Western Quebec in schools and community settings.  MASC is the only organization in Eastern Ontario with a primary mandate to connect artists and learning. It is one of the few organizations offering fully bilingual services and working through all disciplines.
