ArtsSmarts Saskatchewan focuses on partnerships between schools, communities and professional artists in all disciplines.  As arts education is part of the core curriculum in Saskatchewan, we ask teachers to use dance, drama, music and visual art as the primary subject areas from which to draw learning outcomes for their inquiry-based projects.  We have also adopted action research methodology for all projects in order to develop a body of knowledge about community-based change and innovation in the arts and learning.
