ArtsSmarts Toronto Region

In the first year of it ArtsSmarts partnership, Prologue to the Performing Arts delivered two projects to students in Toronto area schools where the students do not normally have the opportunity to work with professional artists. The project at Westview Centennial Secondary School took place over a period of three months and involved the students in the dance program working with the members of Afro-Caribbean dance company, Ballet Creole. The project at C.E. Webster Public School was developed with the support of Evergreen and the Eco-Schools program at the Toronto District School Board.
